Delete your Bharat Byaaj account
How to ask for deletion
- Email supershastra@gmail.com from the Google account you use to sign in to the app.
- Use the subject “Delete my Bharat Byaaj account”.
- We reply within 72 hours, and delete your account within 30 days.
Delete only some of your data
To delete only part of your data without closing your account (for example your phone number, city, saved jobs or calculator history), email supershastra@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Bharat Byaaj data” and list what you want deleted. We delete it within 30 days.
If you write from a different email address, we may ask you to confirm you own the account before deleting it.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so you are not charged again. We can also cancel it for you when we delete your account.
What we delete
- Your name, email address, Google account ID and phone number
- Your city, saved jobs and app settings
- Your calculator entries and results, app activity and device details
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment and subscription records (amount, date, Razorpay payment IDs): kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, then deleted
- Crash logs held by Firebase Crashlytics: deleted automatically within 90 days
