- Package name: com.supershastra.bharatbyaaj
- Developer and data fiduciary: Shri SuperShastra Enterprises LLP (“we”, “us”), the developer named on the app’s Google Play page

1. What the app does
Bharat Byaaj offers EMI, prepayment and affordability calculators, short lessons about loans, a directory of official bank and NBFC links, and a feed of job listings that link to the original job site. We do not lend money, approve loans or give personal financial advice.
2. Information we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address and Google account ID | When you sign in with Google (required) | Create and secure your account; restore your subscription on a new phone |
| Phone number | Only if you type it on the subscription screen | Pre-fill the Razorpay payment form and contact you about a payment |
| City | Only if you tap “Use My City” and allow location, or choose a city yourself | Show jobs in your city. Your phone turns its approximate location into a city name; we store only the city name, not your coordinates. We never track location in the background. |
| Subscription and payment records | When you subscribe | Plan, status, dates and Razorpay payment, order and subscription IDs, so we can unlock paid features and handle refunds |
| Calculator entries and results | When you use a calculator | Loan amount, interest rate and tenure; on the affordability calculator, your monthly income and existing EMIs; and the results shown. Saved with your account so we can understand how the calculators are used and improve them. We never use them to offer or decide on loans. |
| App activity | While you use the app | Jobs saved or opened, bank links tapped, other features used. Used to fix problems and improve the app. |
| Device and app details | At sign-in and with app activity | Phone make and model, Android version, app version. Used for support and troubleshooting. |
| Crash logs and diagnostics | When the app crashes or has an error | Find and fix bugs (Firebase Crashlytics) |
| Advertising ID and ad interaction data | While ads are shown (not to subscribers) | Show and measure ads through Google AdMob |
What we do not collect: your card, UPI or bank details (Razorpay handles these directly); your contacts, photos, files, SMS or call logs; your precise location history.
3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that run parts of the app for us, and only for the purposes above:
| Provider | What they receive | Their policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google (Sign-In, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config) | Sign-in details, crash logs, device and app details | Google Privacy Policy |
| Google AdMob | Advertising ID, device details, ad interactions | How Google uses data from apps |

We may also disclose data when Indian law, a court or a government authority requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Job listings and bank links open the employer’s, job portal’s or bank’s own website. We do not send them your personal data, and their own privacy policies apply once you leave the app.
5. How long we keep it
- Account, city and saved jobs: while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request
- App activity and device details: only as long as needed to run and improve the app, and deleted with your account
- Payment and subscription records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even after account deletion
- Crash logs: kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days
6. Security
All data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to our database is restricted and protected by credentials. Payments are handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected users and authorities of a personal data breach as Indian law requires.
7. Your rights and choices
- Location: optional. Choose a city by hand instead, or turn off location for the app in Android Settings at any time.
- Ads: reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Subscribers see no ads.
- Access, correction and deletion: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for a summary of your data, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent, which closes your account.
